I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms had a lovely touch of Japanese lifestyle with Western-style beds and Japanese-style bathrooms. The air freshener was a nice addition. The location was perfect, just around the corner from Dotonbori, offering easy access to Osaka's vibrant nightlife but still providing a peaceful stay. The service was top-notch with a convenient laundry service available. The dining experience was delightful with the added bonus of scones. However, there were minor disappointments with the facilities.
